From old rootstock vines with a low yield per hectare.
The vinification of each variety is done separately with the temperature being controlled at 16℃. Fermentation of the wort is put to a stop by cooling to ensure the presence of residual sugars.
Pale yellow in color with golden reflections. It is highly aromatic with notes of dried fruits such as pineapple and apricot, white flowers, and citrus. It is refreshing with a long aftertaste.
Ideally accompanied with pasta in white sauce, white meat, grilled red meat, fatty fish and seafood. Salads and a variety of yellow cheeses.
