| Messaggio: | The owner, Maria and her son Costas, her loyal staff, all made you feel very welcome. The hotel was situated on the sandy beach, with local bars, tavernas, supermarket and gift shops all within walking distance. You can also walk to the waterpark the other end of town - 20 mins. The hotel was clean and well looked after. We opted for half board, and the meals were lovely. Breakfast was buffet style, with lots of choice: cooked breakfast, cold meat/cheese, cereals, fruit and pastries - something for everyone. I was travelling for four children, 7 to 16 yrs and they had plenty to do, they even had a wii in the lounge! |

| Messaggio: | Excellent value for money. The hotel is located right on the beach in a quiet environment. The beach is excellent. Excellent staff. Very clear room. Excellent area for sunbaths. Near the hotel an excellent restaurant - Trenta Nove with delicious meals. I recommend also to take a boat trip with Levante agency with captain Spiros. Excellent fish taverna named to Limanaki. Tsilivi is clearly the most beautiful village in the island and Iakinthos resort is really splendid. |

| Messaggio: | The hotel is very close to the beach just few steps. The beach is beutiful, sandy, water is clear, there are sunbeds of hotel but also one part of the beach is free without sunbeds. We were with small children - 14 months and it was very nice expirience because location of hotel. Alse there is a free parking which was important for us. Rooms are ok, cleaned every day, has a fridge and ok bathroom.The owner of hotel is Maria very nice, helpful and charmful woman, and hotel has a really nice family atmposhere. I recommend this hotel to all who want to go to rest, swimm and enjoy. The breakfast is continental, not bad but the same every day. |

| Messaggio: | The location was perfect!The room was spacious,comfortable,the sea view was magnificent.It had a big balcony,a fridge in the room and really close (just 5 minutes walk) to the centre of Tsilivi and 10 minutes drive to Zakinthos.Lots of restaurants and super markets close by.The owners are very friendly and hospitable.Generally I would recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay there again if I went to Zakinthos again. The matresses were a bit old and there was a small plumbing problem in the bathroom.They never changed our sheets and we stayed there for a week,but they were cleaning the room every day and changed our towels when we asked it. |

| Messaggio: | Hotelul este situat pe plaja si destul de aproape de zona centrala din Tsilivi. Din cadrul personalului ne-a placut Evghenia! Camerele considerate a avea vedere la mare sunt situate pe una din laturile hotelului (practic si celelalte au vedere la mare!) sunt la strada principala catre plaja, iar zgomotul este foarte mare, inca de la primele ore ale diminetii. Management-ul hotelului nu mi s-a parut orientat catre clienti. In momentul rezervarii hotelul accepta animale de companie, insa la fata locului lucrurile au stat putin diferit (acces pe usa din spate). |

Food was also first class. We would definately recommend this hotel to everyone. Tea making facilities in the bedrooms would have been a bonus. |

The location of the beach itself was perfect, right on the beach and extremely close (just a couple of minutes walk) to the nearest shops, restaurants and water sport activities. The hotel was spotless, despite being right on sandy beach, the hotel was always exceptionally clean. Having breakfast with a view of the beach was also fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel :) |

| Messaggio: | Litet fint familjehotell. Drevs av ungt par, helt underbara. Låg precis vid havet. Fri resa till hotell - ägaren hämtar. Frukosten perfekt, gjordes när du bad om den. Lugnt område. Härlig strand att promenera på. Jättesköldpaddorna fick vi se - behövs ej glasbåt - går ej under båten. Hyrde bil åkte runt ön, bergsbyarna helt fantastiska. Enkelt ta buss till Lakinthos stad. |

| Messaggio: | Die Lage direkt am Strand ist großartig. Der Ausblick auf das Meer vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Die Hotelmitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Kleines Hotel, wirklich familiäre Atmosphäre. Im Zimmer befindet sich ein großer, kostenfrei benützbarer Kühlschrank. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es - teilweise sehr gute - Restaurants (z.b. The Olive Tree!), Tavernen und Bars. Der Strand und das Wasser waren sehr sauber. Liegestühle und Sonnenschirme sind zwar kostenpflichtig (5-6 Eur/Tag), aber reichlich vorhanden. Die Zimmerreinigung hätte besser sein können, da die ganze Woche der Fussboden nie gewischt wurde, und man doch einiges an Sand und Straßenschmutz in das Zimmer trägt. |

Internet ανύπαρκτο στα δωμάτια και όταν είσαι ελεύθερος επαγγελματίας και πρέπει να κατεβαίνεις κάτω στον περιβάλλοντα χώρο είναι κάπως εκτός τόπου και χρόνου.το μπάνιο μικρό δεν έχει θέση να ακουμπήσεις τα σαπούνια , θέλει βελτίωση. |

| Messaggio: | Das ist ein fantastisches Hotel, gefiel mir bei meiner 4-Wochen-Tour durch Griechenland am allerbesten: Tolle Lage direkt am Strand, Frühstück bereits mit Meerblick auf Aussenterrasse, grosses Zimmer mit Balkon ( mit Meerblick ! ), liebevoll dekoriert, voller nützlicher Details, die sonst oft fehlen: Balkonbeleuchtung, die funktioniert und lesen auch nach Sonnenuntergang möglich macht, festinstalliertes Wäscherack zum Badezeug trocknen, grosser Spiegel im Zimmer,... Sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet die gesamte Anlage. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, mir wurde mein Zimmer gezeigt, das Gepäck getragen und alles erklärt, man fühlt sich willkommen, wird mit Namen begrüsst. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert. |

| Messaggio: | Das Hotel ist direkt an einem schönen Strandabschnitt mit kristallklarem Wasser. Man kann den Strand direkt vom Frühstücksraum aus erreichen. Da das Meer an dieser Stelle sehr flach ist, ist es auch für ungeübte Schwimmer geeignet. Grosszügigerweise gibt es einen leeren grossen Kühlschrank im Zimmer, den man selbständig füllen kann. Die Sauberkeit im Bad hätte besser sein können. |
